下单与配送 Orders & Delivery
付款确认后，订单由 Wellous 品牌方仓库直接安排包装与出货——原厂密封、每件附一次性防伪 QR 码。包裹交接快递后，顾问会把追踪单号发到你的 WhatsApp。 Once payment is confirmed, your order is packed and shipped directly from the Wellous factory warehouse — factory-sealed, each unit carrying a single-use anti-counterfeit QR code. As soon as the parcel is handed to the courier, your advisor sends the tracking number to your WhatsApp.
配送时效 Delivery Times西马：约 1–3 个工作日；东马：约 2–5 个工作日。偏远地区、节假日或促销高峰，时效可能略有延长。 West Malaysia: about 1–3 working days; East Malaysia: about 2–5 working days. Remote areas, holidays and campaign peaks may add slightly to these times.
运费 Shipping Cost全马免邮——西马东马一律免运费。 Free shipping across Malaysia — West and East alike.
查询包裹 Track Your Parcel即可随时查询订单进度——注册的电邮和手机号码必须与下单资料一致，订单才会显示在账户里。也可以将订单号发给顾问，由顾问为你查询物流进度。 to track your orders any time — the email and phone number you register with must match your order details for orders to appear. Alternatively, send your order number to your advisor, who will check the delivery status for you.
修改订单 Order Modifications想更改地址或配套，请在出货前尽快联系顾问处理；包裹一旦出货，无法再更改。 To change your address or set, contact your advisor as soon as possible before shipment; once the parcel has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
配送问题 Delivery Issues下单时请确认收货地址完整准确。配送途中遇到任何状况，把订单号发给顾问，我们跟进到送达为止。 Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate when ordering. If anything goes wrong in transit, send your order number to your advisor — we follow up until it arrives.
