退款与换货政策 Refund & Exchange Policy

XT WELLNESS 所有订单均由 Wellous 官方仓库直接发出，并受以下条款保障。 Every XT WELLNESS order is dispatched directly from the official Wellous warehouse and covered by the terms below.
一、损坏、瑕疵或错发 1. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items若订单送达时出现破损、渗漏、变形或封口异常，请于签收后 7 天内联系客服，并附上产品与外包装的清晰照片，受影响产品将免费更换全新产品。若收到的产品品项、规格或数量与订单不符，我们将免费补寄正确商品。封口不良、有效期异常等制造瑕疵均在保障范围内。 If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken or tampered with, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging — the affected item will be replaced with a new one at no cost. If the product, variant or quantity does not match your order, the correct item will be shipped to you free of charge. Manufacturing defects such as seal integrity or expiry-date issues are covered.
二、订单取消 2. Order Cancellation订单在发货前均可联系客服取消，并获全额退款；订单一经发出，恕无法取消。 Orders may be cancelled with a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
三、以下情况恕不受理退款或换货 3. Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange· 产品已开封或已服用（产品本身存在质量问题者，按上述换新条款处理）
· 因个人原因申请退款（包括但不限于改变主意）
· 产品购自非 XT WELLNESS 官方授权渠道 · Products that have been opened or consumed (products with genuine quality issues are handled under the replacement terms above)
· Requests made for personal reasons, including a change of mind
· Products not purchased through XT WELLNESS official channels
经审核通过的退款将于 5–10 个工作日内原路退回至您的支付方式，或以银行转账方式退还。退款完成后，我们将另行通知您。 Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or by bank transfer within 5–10 business days. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
五、申请流程 5. How to Submit a Request1）在适用期限内，通过 WhatsApp 联系客服团队；
2）提供订单编号、姓名及问题简述；
3）如适用，请附上清晰照片（破损、错发等）；
4）客服团队将于 1–2 个工作日内回复处理方案。 1) Contact our customer service team on WhatsApp within the applicable time window;
2) Provide your order number, full name and a brief description of the issue;
3) Attach clear photos where applicable (damage, wrong item, etc.);
4) Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
