A normal skin renewal cycle takes 28–30 days, and stable change needs at least 3 cycles — that is 90 days. The first 30 days build the foundation and a protective shield; days 31–60 are deep repair; days 61–90 stabilise your skin. With the 90-day set, personal follow-ups also go up from 6 to 15.
Will it make me gain weight?+
No — FEMOIRE Day & Night is low-sugar, low-calorie and has no added sugar: just 3 calories per tablet and 12 per sachet; only 1.3 g of sugar per tablet and 0.8 g per sachet.
